Riverview Ford Lincoln Weekly Racing – Saturday Night Under the Lights!

Fredericton N.B. – Coming off a fantastic Pro All-Star Series visit to the Geary Woods, this Saturday June 18, 2011, Speedway 660’s five regular divisions will all return to regular points racing.

The Hanwell Village Mart Bandolero division will run their second weekend of the season. Ryan Messer of Harvey is out to an early points lead with a two point spread over second place Alicia Mowat of Hardwood Ridge.

In the 4 Cylinder division 2010 champion Kevin Peterson of Hoyt has his own early points lead after winning the opening feature of the 2011 season.

Two weeks into the RV World Street Stock division and 2010 rookie of the year Benji Ruff is making a hard charge to de-thrown last years champion Rick Cashol. Ruff has a slim two points lead over Cashol with Saint John’s Shannon Brake sitting in 3rd, seventeen points back.

The highly competitive Martins Home Heating Sportsman division is shaping up to be a tight season with Burton’s Glyn Nott out to an early points lead after first and second place finishes in the first two features of the season. Reigning division champion Ken MacKenzie of Salisbury is holding his own as well currently in second place overall.

In the O’Leary Auto Group Pro Stock division 2009 championship and 2010 runner-up Greg Fahey of will have to start at the back this week after winning the first feature of the season. All Speedway 660 drivers took last weekend’s PASS race as an opportunity for an off weekend.

So come on out to the Geary Woods this weekend and check out Speedway 660 for some WicKID Family Fun!

Divisions Racing: O’Leary Auto Group Pro Stocks, Martins Home Heating Sportsman, RV World Street Stocks, Hanwell Village Mart Bandoleros and 4 Cylinders.

Youth (ages 9-15) $9
Children (ages 8 and under) FREE
