Fredericton, NB - What started off as a gloomy day, cleared off into beautiful summer weather just in time for the second Enduro 200 of the season. Driver’s have been itching to get out on the Speedway since the rain out event in July and they sure made for an exciting night.
Steve Seveck in the #44 took home his first Enduro 200 win of the 2008 season. Seveck had some tough competition on his tale with the #8 team of Benji Ruff and Dale Hatheway looking for a win. Seveck fought it out for many laps against the team, but finally crossed the finish line and took home the win. The next set of two drivers were also competing but for the third and fourth position. Rheal Kenny in the #72 along with Bud Vallis in the 34c were driving side by side for many laps, gaining only inches on one another at a time. Kenny finished the race in third while Vallis took home the fourth spot.
Tune into Speedway 660 tomorrow for another action packed night of racing. It’s the Coast Tire Street Stocks first opportunity to shine in their first big event of the 2008 season. The Dent Daddy 75 is on top for tonight’s event and it is sure to be WicKID!
